2.2 | Feedback Loop

As I have used a lot of 3D software, I wanted to take these dimensional ideas and make them 2D again, to create a feedback loop. This loop consisted of 'Photograph > Virtual 3D image > Print out > Physical 3D Shape > Photograph'. This was to see how far I could push the imagery and the concept of dimension; I believe this has added a heightened sense of dimension to my original drawings. This process has been successful as it has pushed my concept further and has leaded me to create a strong visual base for my print collection. The concept of dimensions has also triggered many thoughts in conjunction with my trend prediction. The concept of hyper dimensions is going to come to the forefront in the content within my final trend book. I feel that the actual process’ I have used to create my prints could be linked to trend itself as it is a new feature to the technical world and many will continue to experiment with it as I have. Visualising the idea of dimension will be difficult but an avenue I have chosen to explore further. I plan to portray this within my use of art direction and the composition of my trend book.
